Shopping and Burger King

Shopping in Mexico is an experience....  Braden and Shea picked up negotiating pretty quickly and came away with more stuff and less money.  Mission accomplished.

It is very hot and humid here.... Burger King milk shakes never tasted so good!

Resorts and Dolphins

The kids spent Monday morning at a resort pool while Robert and I listened to a timeshare presentation.  The bad part..... we had gotten sunscreen from a local store that ended up having ZERO protection for my poor babies skin.

Kayla and Shea doing water aerobics...

Tuesday Robert, Braden and Shea swam with the dolphins.  Crazy fun!  We didn't buy any pictures because it was $25 for one or $130 for all.   The memories will have to be enough.

Church, birds and beaches

We only got slightly lost on the way to church.... but it was worth it.  Everything was in Spanish, but the spirit was strong and I was so grateful to be there.

After church we went to an estuary.  Hot, muggy and beautiful.

After the actuary, we stopped by a beach to dip our toes in the water.
There was a pack of crazy Chihuahua's... making us miss the "dog that should not be named"
We were also the only gringos on this beach.

Leaving on a jet plane....

Waiting in Pheonix for our flight to Cabo.

Would you consider it bad parenting or  smart parenting that I gave Shea a benadryl during our layover?  I think it depends on your perspective.

Right after landing and getting our rental car - we headed to find food.  Las Guacamayas was FABULOUS.  Everything was perfect - from the food to the humming bird nest in the grapefruit tree above our head to our wonderful waiter.
