New Friends

The kids helped up pick up garbage in the neighborhood we were working on.

Pinos Job Site

We were with a crew building a second story for a single mom with 8 kids.  She had been living in a 12'x32' home so we doubled her space.  This is in a neighborhood in Tijuana, Mexico.

Inside there were two rooms and a bathroom.
Our crew also fixed the kitchen and bath so they were working.

Heading to Mexico

We left Christmas day to head to Las Vegas.  Shea woke up feeling sick and ended up puking her guts out about 3 hours from home.  We cleaned up as best as we could at a gas station (it was only 12 degrees!) and headed to Cedar City for a dinner break where Robert and Chris Evans gave her a blessing in the Ihop parking lot.

We are loaded down with doors, windows and appliances.

together are mind-boggling.

Wednesday morning at the hotel in Vegas.
Shea was finally feeling better.

The plan was to meet at the border at 1:00 so we could all
cross together as a group (trailers have to be inspected and levied for taxes)
Angie and Chris had problems with their trailer and ended up 5 hours behind.
With time to kill, we headed over to Imperial Beach in San Diego with
the Tayler and Wiscombe families.  Cold but beautiful!
