Yes, today is Thursday and we let the kids skip school to go to the state fair.
Why you ask?? Well, besides the obvious fact that we are the best parents EVER, I hate crowds. I'm sure it's my parents fault. So off we went.... even though we got sunburned and came home exhausted, it was fun.

Did you put the picture of the baby pig after the post of the chocolate covered bacon on purpose? Kind of freaked me out! Glad you had fun and hope you aren't writing in pain from all the fried foods!!
Actually pigs make very good pets...when I was about 8 we had friends on a ranch up the Blackfoot valley (Montana) They had a pet pig, they had raised on a bottle, it was really clean and house broken...came in and out of the house...my mother said no to a pig also !!! I am looking forward to a trip to the state fair...
