Ward Lake is definitely one of my favorite places in the world!
(a close second is Lake Konigsee in Southern Germany)
Yesterday was Tammy's last day and it threatened rain all day...
Luckily for us, it didn't actually rain until evening.
Another AMAZING day!!
We rented a canoe from parks and recreation...Robert went out first with Shea and her friend Morgan.
and since Braden earned his canoeing merit badge...
we just sent the kids out to mosey around the lake.
They had a blast!
Then it was log-rolling time!(it was only about 60 degrees - but the kids didn't care!)
Ouch - that hurt!

Grandma is missing all of you and the fun...Great pictures of ward lake. I think we need to start planning a trip in 2 or 3 years and get a place big enough for more family....wouldn't that be fun.
